The first day of school is coming up quickly...the official 1st day back to school for the Deming Public School District is Tuesday, August 16, 2011 (opening ceremonies on the Monday the 15th).
Just a quick update and reminder for all the kids and families out there who still need to get cleared for playing sports in the schools. To be allowed to participate in school-sponsored Athletic Programs in Deming requires the student to pass a basic doctor exam.
