Dr. Matthew McReynolds is a graduate of the University of Wyoming in 1999, where he received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, as well as performed research with both NASA and General Electric. After graduation, he moved to Idaho and was involved in microbiological research with the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and worked as an agricultural chemist until 2003. After receiving a Teacher Certification from Idaho State University in 2003, he began his chiropractic education and earned his Doctor of Chiropractic professional degree from the Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA in 2007.
Following graduation from Palmer, Dr. McReynolds returned to Idaho and served as the Idaho State Representative for the International Chiropractic Association (ICA) in Washington D.C. during the health care reform debates. After a few years practicing chiropractic in Burley, ID, he moved to Missouri in 2010 and joined the Carlson Chiropractic Center team in Joplin, MO. He was directly involved with growing that practice and expanding their services to include more children and wellness patients. He published a report called, "Resolution of Neurological Tics and Reduction in Vertebral Subluxation in a Pediatric Patient Undergoing Chiropractic Care: A Case Report." It was published in the Journal of Pediatric, Maternal & Family Health Chiropractic in 2010. Dr. McReynolds is very interested in Chiropractic research and continues to search for opportunities to contribute.
In 2011 he, along with his wife and three children, moved to Deming, NM and purchased the former Soulsby Chiropractic Life Center and re-opened it in the same location as McReynolds Family Chiropractic. He and his family are pleased to call the Deming area "home."
He is a member of the CCA.
